Arkshore assists galleries, museums, and collectors with the transportation, storage, and logistics of works of art and design.

About Us

Arkshore is a Brussels-based company specializing in the transportation, storage, and logistics of works of art and design pieces. We work with galleries, museums, private collectors, artists, and industry professionals, both in Belgium and internationally.

Our belief is simple: a work of art isn’t moved like a package. Each piece has its own dimensions, fragility, value, and timeline. Our role is to plan the entire process—from pickup to installation—so that nothing is left to chance.

Our Carpentry Shop

Our Brussels workshop designs and manufactures custom wooden crates. Each crate is designed for a specific item, taking into account its dimensions, weight, vulnerable points, mode of transport (road, sea, or air), and the number of handling operations expected. Having our own workshop allows us to respond quickly—even for non-standard sizes—and to maintain control over the quality of protection from start to finish.

End-to-End Logistics

We coordinate every step with the same high standards: pickup, packing, dedicated or consolidated shipping, customs clearance, storage, delivery, and installation. For long-distance shipments, we rely on a network of partners specializing in art transportation.

Some of Our Projects

Comprehensive logistics for an international exhibition in Venice, from the manufacture of crates to on-site installation. Artworks shipped to Shanghai via ocean freight in full containers to minimize handling. International air shipments for projects with tight deadlines, including export and import formalities. Logistical coordination for art fairs such as BRAFA and Art Brussels: delivery of booths, setup, takedown, and return of artworks. Custom-built crates for monumental pieces, crafted in our workshop. And the discreet installation of a private collection in an exceptional residence.

Our Commitments

Security, discretion, and precision. Every request is handled with complete confidentiality and receives a tailored solution—never a one-size-fits-all approach.
